Mind to AI is storage with two doors. This page says what goes in, where it sits, and the only way anything comes out.

What the app stores

Exactly what you capture: voice recordings, photos, screenshots, typed notes, and, once enabled, videos. With each one: when it was captured, from which of your devices, the tags and status you give it, and a content hash used to avoid storing the same file twice. Nothing is derived from the content by the app. There is no transcript, no text recognition, no summary and no embedding produced inside Mind to AI.

Where it sits

On a server the account owner runs, behind Cloudflare Access. The web app, the iPhone Shortcut and the iPhone app all sign in through that gate. There is no shared cloud, no analytics service and no backup to a third party unless the owner sets one up and says so here.

How a capture leaves

One way only: an AI client you connected asks for it. You create a token per client in the web app, and that client can then read your inbox over the MCP or REST endpoint. Once a capture is fetched by Claude, ChatGPT or any other client, it is subject to that provider's terms, not ours. Revoking a token stops further access at once. The app never pushes a capture anywhere on its own and never holds a provider's key.

What we receive

Nothing about you from the apps. The web server and Cloudflare keep standard access logs for a short time for operational purposes. The iPhone Shortcut and app contain no analytics and no crash reporter.

This website

mindtoai.one serves static files. It sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties, runs no scripts and no analytics. The fonts are served from this domain.

Changes

When the app changes what it stores or how it can be reached, this page changes in the same release, with the date below.
